Team Ocean Kayak repeated as the 2009 Team of the Year in the Third Coast
kayak Series. Team Ocean Kayak’s Vincent Rinando, Captain Filip Spencer, Jeff Herman, Sam Rinando, and alternate Rick Spillman led from wire to wire this year to repeat as champions despite some tough competition and bad weather. Every year it gets tougher to repeat and the challenge never gets old.
